We have found out the reason for today's outage.
Our cloud service provider - Amazon - performed an update to one of the services we used unexpectly. However, there was not a strategy for our apps to react to this change. So our apps connect to our servers using outdated address, which lead to the 'request timeout' problem. After we found out the reason, we contacted with Amazon immediately, unfortunately, they can't reverse the change. We are sorry that you may need to take some time to help us fixing this problem.
